Today was Say Hello Day on campus - Hyvää Päivää Päivä. This is one of the most Finnish things I've seen recently. It was a day where we were encouraged to say hello to people we passed. That's it - simple and straightforward.
I love that there is a day for this! Unfortunately, I myself forgot that it was today and I didn't notice anybody out of the ordinary saying hello to me. Fail on my part. Maybe next year!
