Do we have such a versatile word in English? Maybe something like 'so'?

I read somewhere years ago that 'dude' might be the closest thing there is to an all-purpose word in English. Depending on intonation, it can mean anything from "awesome!" to "what. have. you. done??"

No niin really is useful in Finnish, though.
